KDB (Korea Development Bank) BW 10 billion won issuance purposes

Our company disclosed we have decided to issue 10 bilion won of bonds with warranty (BW) for KDB job creation, SMEs Securities Investment Trust. 

This BW is used for the expansion of the building Philippine production plants and production facilities, augmenting HS city R&D Center, bottom-up electrospinning equipment introduction, Canada Factory electrospinning equipment and future equipment in preparation for a joint venture(JV) investment plan since the nano-business sales are expected to be greatly expanded next year.
