Dear Shareholders,

We are very sorry for what

happened to our shareholders.

As our stocks have been suspended in trading in

Kosdaq due to the refusal of auditor's opinion,

we just initiated the emergency company management program.

The deadline of filing objection for the refusal to the Korean

SEC is 2nd of Apr and we are trying to appeal

before the shareholders' meeting(30th of Mar).

Once the filing is accepted, within the next 15 days,

the Committee of Corporate Assessment will review

the case and will be granted some time during

which we can fix our auditing issues.

And we will make sure we will execute all the

requirements to normalize our company.

We understand that our shareholders are having very

difficult time and once again, we are very sorry for the trouble.

At this time, our shareholders' cooperation is utmost important

to normalize the company.
